About Us
At Devon Holiday Caravans we have a range of caravans situated in the South Devon harbour town of Brixham. Our holiday caravans are based at the John Fowler Holiday Resort, allowing for a fantastic holiday for young families or for more seasoned couples, who are looking to get away for a quick break.
From our family to yours, we hope you have a wonderful stay!

All of our caravans are privately owned, our family takes good care of them and we know how important it is to have a fantastic place to relax & unwind as a couple, or to enjoy some good old fashioned family fun!
Our modern caravans are available to let in the superb South Bay site in South Devon, overlooking the Brixham and Torbay coastlines. We have a range of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom caravans available. All of which include a sofa bed in the lounge and come with the following to make your holiday that little bit easier:

About the Area
South Bay Holiday Park is operated by John Fowler Ltd and is one of their premier parks. The site has lovely scenic views and walks. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk using a country path and a number of steps for access. Other beaches with a wide range of facilities are close by.
Torbay has loads of interesting things to do, including fantastic cafés and restaurants, a water park, steam train rides, fishing, crabbing, and ferries to Torquay. Also nearby is Dartmouth; an interesting and picturesque small port on the Dart estuary.
However, you can still enjoy a superb holiday without even leaving the Park!
