Full weeks, or off-peak 3/4 night breaks, can be booked at competitive prices at this caravan, situated on a superb site overlooking Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. This is a new 2020 model, a large spacious caravan with all facilities, including a full kitchen, shower and toilet, plus a second en-suite toilet. 3 bedrooms plus a lounge sofa bed means you can sleep up to 8 people. With gas central heating and double glazing you can keep warm if the evenings are chilly! There is a large outside decking area with table and chairs (PLEASE NOTE: The outside views through the windows on the photos are studio shots and are not accurate. The interior and exterior photos ARE accurate). Bed linen, gas, and electric are included in the hire price, as well as access to all the Park's facilities.

The caravan hosts a 43" Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi is included.

 

South Bay Holiday Park overlooks Brixham and Torbay. The heated swimming pool has an indoor and outdoor section with a flume. There is also a childrens' pool. The Clubhouse provides evening entertainment and also offers a kids 'Foxy' club. There is crazy golf , a zip wire and playgrounds for the children. There are lovely scenic walks from the Park. The closet beach (St Marys Bay) is a 10-15 mins walk but involves going down about 100 steps, but is well worth the effort. Other beaches with all modern facilities are approx 15 mins drive.
